Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara spesifik penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian bersifat explanatory dengan pengumpulan data berupa kuosioner/angket/daftar pertanyaan yang dilengkapi wawancara dan riset kepustakaan melalui dokumen/catatan-catatan, literatur-literatur, serta jurnal-jurnal yang mendukung penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT Adi Sarana Armada (Assa Rent) di departemen ASO dengan cara sensus. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 43 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif.

Hasil penelitian pada variabel pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,187 > t tabel = 1,683, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, serta koefisien regresi sebesar 0,494 (positif) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perhitungan variabel pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,153 > t tabel = 1,683,  dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, serta koefisien regresi sebesar 0,325 (positif) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 2 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar -2,291 < - t tabel = -1,683,  dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,027 < 0,05, serta koefisien regresi sebesar -0,222 (negatif) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 3 diterima, yang berarti variabel stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the effect of work motivation, organizational climate, and job stress on employee performance. Specifically, this study to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, the influence of organizational climate on employee performance, and the effect of work stress on employee performance.

This research is data collection form questionnaire / list of questions that include interviews and library research through documents / records, literature and journals that support this research. The research was conducted on employees in ASO department of PT. Adi Sarana Armada (Assa Rent) Semarang by census. Sample of study were 43 respondents. Data analysis was performed by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The results of research on the influence of the variables of work motivation on employee performance obtained t value of 4.187> t table = 1.683, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the regression coefficient of 0.494 (positive) thus concluded that hypothesis 1 is received, it indicates that the variables of work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. The calculation of the variable effects of organizational climate on employee performance obtained t value of 3.153> t table = 1.683, and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, and the regression coefficient of 0.325 (positive) thus concluded that hypothesis 2 is received, it indicates that the variable organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance. While variables influence job stress on employee performance obtained t value of -2.291 <- t table = -1.683 and a significance value of 0.027 <0.05, and the regression coefficient of -0.222 (negative) to conclude that hypothesis 3 received, the means the variable job stress has a negative impact on employee performance.
