Vernaculer Conflict in Century of 19th: Perpective of Pracsys. The purpose of the research was to exhibit succinctly vernacular conflict of colonial literature in 19th century. There are fulfilled from studying modern Indonesian literature from 1700’s to 1900. For the whole 14 literature of which was as evidence, the research had represented “Sair kedatangan Sri Maharaja siam di Betawi (1870) by anonym, Sair Jalanan Kreta Api (1980) by Tan Teng Kie, Tjerita Njai Dasima (1895) by G Francis, Dari Boedak Sampe Djadi Radja (1898), Melati van Java, Tjerita Si Tjonat (1900) by FDJ Pangemanann, Tjerita Njonja Kong Hong Nio (by H Kommer), and Tjerita Njai Paina (1900) by H Kommer”. Investigating vernacular conflict in the work was using philosophy and social approaches. From view of vernacular conflict, it is concluded there were structural, cultural, religious, and integrate conflict. In the age of colonial, aboriginal community (Inlander) of which is central spot have confronted to the other communities whose interest to be exploited, subordinated, abashed, and even diminished. The research finds out the statement that resistance moved by aborigine is always to come to be a real loser.
