Abstrak

Abstrak : Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan ditentukan kepada kinerja karyawan dalam mengoperasikan unit-unit kerja yang terdapat di instansi tersebut. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah motivasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah PT. KAI UPT Kru KA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan UPT Kru KA sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi antara motivasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja memperoleh hasil positif sebesar 0,480, 0,189, 0,298 dan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji – t menunjukkan hasil signifikan dengan angka sebesar 4,816, 2,341, 2,933 dan sig. 0,000, 0,022, 0,005 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract: The success of a company is determined to employee performance in operating units of work contained in the agency. Employee's performance can be affected by several factors, such as motivation, organizational culture and leadership style. The object of this study is PT. KAI KA Unit Crew. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance. The samples used were Kru KA Unit employees by 75 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis between motivation, organizational culture and leadership style on the performance gain positive results at 0.480, 0.189, 0.298, and the results of hypothesis testing using t - test showed significant results with a rate of 4.816, 2.341, 2.933 and sig. 0.000, 0.022, 0.005 <0.05. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the motivations, organizational culture and leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance.
